About Us

KAROline is run by the two of us – Aga and Marta. We work with lingerie, bra fitting and helping customers find the right bra – Aga has been doing this for 20 years and Marta for more than 5. We know the construction and fit of the brands we sell, we know how much different styles can vary, and above all we know that finding the right bra starts with the individual person, her needs and how she actually feels in a particular style.

At KAROline, we start by understanding what you need and only then look for a suitable bra. For one person, stronger support may be the priority; for another, a soft-cup bra, a non-wired style, a sports bra, swimwear or simply comfortable everyday lingerie.

Bra fitting and size advice – also online

Aga focuses mainly on bra fitting, sizing and bra construction, while Marta carefully goes through your messages, keeps an eye on orders and packs your parcels. Together, we help customers find the right size and style when shopping online.

If you need help, write to us at sklep@karoline.pl. The most useful information is the bra brand, style and size you currently wear, how it fits when you put it on and what exactly feels wrong – for example, a cup that gaps, an underwire that presses, a band that feels too loose or not enough support. Written messages also give us the chance to look carefully at all the details before replying.

If you do not know your size yet, you can start with our size calculator and fitting guidance. We treat the result as a starting point rather than a final answer, because the fit also depends on the construction of the particular bra and on breast shape.

Lingerie and swimwear for different sizes and needs

We work with Panache, Cleo, Sculptresse, Elomi, Freya, Fantasie and Wacoal. Each brand has its own constructions and fit, so we never assume that exactly the same size will fit identically in every style.

Our range includes bras for smaller band sizes – starting from EU 60, or UK 28 – as well as styles designed for larger band sizes and fuller busts, with cup sizes up to KK depending on the brand and construction. Elomi and Sculptresse in particular specialise in bras for fuller busts and larger band sizes.

Alongside everyday bras, you will also find swimwear, sports bras, non-wired bras, maternity and nursing lingerie, as well as other products designed for different needs and situations.

A large part of our range is available to order from the manufacturers. This allows us to offer far more sizes, styles and colours than we could keep physically in stock at the same time. Please check the estimated processing time shown for the selected product and size.

If fast dispatch is important to you, we also have many bras, lingerie and swimwear styles available from stock. You can use the filters in the shop or visit KAROline24.pl, where we show products that are currently in stock and can be dispatched without waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer.

We also help after your purchase

The size on the label is only a starting point. Sometimes, after trying a bra on, it turns out that a different cup size, band size or simply a different construction would work better. In that situation, we can help you assess the fit and suggest an exchange for another size or style.

Our aim is not to persuade you to buy one particular model. We would rather explain the differences between the available constructions, tell you what may suit your needs and help you narrow down the choice.
