Order Processing Time
We know that when you order a bra, swimwear or lingerie, timing often matters. Sometimes it is before a holiday, sometimes before an important occasion, and sometimes you simply want to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we would like to explain clearly how order processing time works at KAROline and what it may depend on.
Our offer works a little differently from many online shops. A large part of our products is available to order, which means that we order them especially for you from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer a wide choice of styles and sizes, including less common ones, but it also means that the waiting time is usually from a few days to around two weeks.
Where can I check the processing time for a specific size?
You will see the estimated processing time on the product page after selecting your size. This is the most important information for you, because it refers to the specific style and size you have chosen.
We do our best to keep this information as up to date as possible, but the processing time does not depend on us alone. We are also dependent on the availability of the selected size at the manufacturer and on courier delivery times.
What can make the order processing time longer?
This does not happen often, but sometimes a manufacturer may temporarily run out of a particular size, need more time to send the product, or a courier delivery may be delayed. Occasionally, a size that was still available to order shortly before may become unavailable.
If this happens, we will always contact you and let you know. If the size can still be ordered with a longer waiting time, we will also tell you about that option.
Can an order arrive sooner?
Yes — and fortunately, this happens quite often :) Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with brands such as Elomi, Freya, Fantasie and Wacoal, some deliveries reach us very quickly. During the season, some orders can even be processed in around 3 days.
With Panache, the waiting time can sometimes be around one week instead of two. We cannot promise this, however, because we depend on stock availability at the manufacturer and on the couriers.
What can we promise from our side?
One thing for sure: sending your parcel is a priority for us. We know how much timing can matter — especially before a holiday, a trip or an important event.
As soon as your order arrives from the manufacturer, we do not leave it waiting. We pack it and send it as quickly as possible.
How can I find products that are in stock?
If you need fast dispatch, you can limit the results to products that we already have in stock. Select the size you are looking for, choose the “in stock” filter and then click “apply”.
You can also visit our second shop: KAROline24.pl. There you will find products that are in stock and ready for fast dispatch.
Do you need your order by a specific date?
If timing is especially important to you, please contact us before placing your order. If we can, we will check the current situation and let you know which option is most likely to arrive on time.
