Mineral blue in a calm, everyday shape

This alpaca beanie follows the classic KIARA line, in a cool tone somewhere between blue, grey and a soft hint of green. Aga chose a single rib and an extended back so the hat sits softly on the head without extra volume at the forehead.

• 100% alpaca retains warmth well at a medium weight, so the beanie works well through autumn and winter without feeling heavy on the head.
• The lack of a turn-up reduces bulk at the forehead, so the beanie fits more easily under a hood and has a lighter shape.
• The single rib creates a flexible vertical texture, so the beanie adapts to the head without holding a stiff shape.
• The extended back gives a looser finish at the back of the head, so the shape does not end sharply at the nape.
• The surface with a delicate halo gives it a softer, more natural look than smooth wool beanies, but on very sensitive skin it may feel slightly itchy.
• Its strong resistance to pilling helps it keep a neat appearance for longer, so the alpaca beanie handles regular wear better.
